Man charged over the sale of 400 White Cards to construction workers

A Sydney man is being charged with fraud after it has emerged that he sold 400 white cards to construction workers. In the high-risk construction industry, it is concerning that health and safety accreditation cards were in the hands of unqualified construction workers.
