Verified identity is the foundation of the TikForce platform as it is a pre-verification to all credential checks. Workers have their identity verified when they first sign up to TikForce, and this then enables secure access to other parts of the TikForce platform.
How? Our online process to capture identity details is simple for individuals or businesses to complete. We use a 12 point biometric system that verifies the individual’s name and government-issued ID photo (passport, driver’s licence) against multiple government databases. Each worker is then provided with a secure, safe and verified TikForce ID which becomes a digital worker passport, and can be used across the TikForce platform to access credential management, onboarding, and training verification systems, or to create site security systems with photo ID card and biometric ID scanning.

A TikForce photo ID card is a digitally verified ID with verified credentials attached. A standard TikForce photo ID card can be used as identity confirmation and provide a link (via QR code) to an individual’s online resume. How?
TikForce photo ID cards are secured by our identity verification process and contain a verified photo for visual onsite checking. We use bank account verification and facial recognition to verify an individual’s identity. Once the identity is established, we produce the ID card in-house (without using third party suppliers enhancing security and efficiency). Our photo ID cards can optionally contain encrypted RFID chips that are embedded with the qualifications and licences of the individual, ensuring you can not only confirm their identity but also that they have the required credentials for the tasks required, even when no internet connection is available.

The single TikForce photo ID card is compatible with the gate access system so users only need to have one card. Each access event is recorded to the individual and organisation timeline along with other entry data such as alcohol readings.
Many sites have a zero tolerance of alcohol and require all workers to be breath-tested before commencing work. The challenge is to ensure all workers actually complete the breath-test; without verifications or more manpower to monitor all testing stations. TikForce is able to integrate with existing alcohol and other drug testing systems to provide a seamless system for alcohol testing at gate (linked to verified identity) and provide certainty for zero tolerance sites.

Organisations can only see the data that is associated with their workers, with the exception being a supply chain solution where an end client requires visibility over contracted labour coming to site.
Workers remain in control of their own data at all times, as it belongs to them. They are aware of the other organisations that can view their data.
Within TikForce, only two senior developers have access to the data in the back-end of the system. This control is in place to safeguard data security and privacy at all times.
