"I want to showcase my qualifications and professional learning achievements."
Kate, NDP home care nurse*
TikForce provides disability practitioners with a credential vault to enable you to maintain all your statutory documentation, learning achievements and verified identity.
TikForce is part of NDP's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program.
With TikForce, you can collect, maintain and collate your credentials and learning achievements and share them with your employers.
Tik.me personal vault - for workers - individuals' credentials are stored, verify and managed via their personal Tik.me account, which helps to reduce document duplication, to remain current, and ensure they are ready to go for any position requirement or compliance pool. Workers remain in control of their work documentation.
Manage Credentials - for management - workers upload and verify their credentials, allowing administrators to check, record, monitor, and report without escalating administrative costs.
Verified ID and Right to work - When signing up to TikForce, NDP members will undergo identity and right to work in Australia verification. These will list as verified credentials in your online profile.
Online public profile -The shareable part of your Tik.me vault. You can email a link directly to recipients.
Digital ID cards - A digital identity card viewable on mobile or tablets. Will confirm you are a member of the NDP, and that you have had your identity verified. A QR code links to your public profile.
Kate works for a home care services organisation providing in-the-home nursing services to people with disabilities. She develops a close rapport with her patients and wants them to feel confident in her capabilities and qualifications. She welcomes the opportunity to have on-hand proof of her identity and credentials.
"I need a police check for the job I am applying for."
Jordy has finished his apprenticeship as a boilermaker and is now looking for more opportunities to earn money fast. He would like a full time job but would consider FIFO or short term contract and shut down work if it meant higher pays. Each time he applies for a job, attends an interview, or goes to site, he needs to take copies of his boilermaker qualifications and tickets such as his working at heights and working in confined spaces licences. He also often needs to prove he’s fit to work with a police check and regular drug/alcohol testing.
