"Our clients push all the workforce management administration on to us, but I’m grateful they’re giving us a useful tool to do so."
Rachel, is a Project Manager for A1 Services*
Contractors are vital to large organisations by enabling them to deliver their goods and services to customers. But external workers who frequently access the office or sites, and who operate under their own employer’s procedures, can introduce risk to the workforce in terms of safety and quality.
The TikForce workforce compliance platform enables contractors to easily comply with an organisation’s work, health and safety procedures, so they can win more work or onboard quickly.
Positions - for management - a step-by-step pre-requisite process to align individual workers with specific position requirements, all before starting to work for an organisation. For fast onboarding, easy recruitment and comprehensive management of large workforces.
Manage Credentials - for management - workers upload and verify their credentials, allowing administrators to check, record, monitor, and report without escalating administrative costs.
Compliance Pools - for management - Members of a compliance pool have been verified as being compliant to an organisation's specific positions and are ready to work immediately.
Reporting - for management - Via Tikforce's organisation portal, an administrator can review overall compliance, track key statistics, manage supplier companies, manage individual employees and contractors, and generate reports.
Rachel works for A1 Services, which is a large contracting company providing support services to multiple mining and construction sites. Rachel is responsible for knowing exactly what requirements her clients needs, and how she can fulfil those requirements with her workforce.
One of A1 Services’ current clients has recently signed on to TikForce and they have asked their suppliers to also sign up to use the platform. Rachel will now be managing her workers for that client through the TikForce platform.
"I need a police check for the job I am applying for."
Jordy has finished his apprenticeship as a boilermaker and is now looking for more opportunities to earn money fast. He would like a full time job but would consider FIFO or short term contract and shut down work if it meant higher pays. Each time he applies for a job, attends an interview, or goes to site, he needs to take copies of his boilermaker qualifications and tickets such as his working at heights and working in confined spaces licences. He also often needs to prove he’s fit to work with a police check and regular drug/alcohol testing.
