TikForce delivers a comprehensive workforce compliance system for both organisations and individuals. As an onboarding tool, it ensures all workers (employees, contractors, suppliers) have had their identity confirmed (which can be spot-checked on site) and their credentials and qualifications checked as fit-for-purpose. And as a security tool it can ensure all visitors to site are identified, are fit-for-work, and have completed safety inductions.
For individual workers, TikForce creates a personal identity and credentials vault to help store, verify and manage personal work documents. These can be retrieved at any time on any device, and can be used to easily and quickly onboard to other organisation's project requirements.
Confirm identity - for workers - any user of the TikForce platform (worker or administrator) must have their identity verified before signing up to TikForce. We use a 12 point biometric system to verify identity.
Photo ID card - for workers - a digitally verified identity card with verified credentials attached. Can be used to confirm identity, check credentials, spot checks, and alcohol/drug testing.
Tik.me personal vault - for workers - individuals' credentials are stored, verify and managed via their personal Tik.me account, which helps to reduce document duplication, to remain current, and ensure they are ready to go for any position requirement or compliance pool. Workers remain in control of their work documentation.
National Police Check - for workers - a verified credential. It's a simple online process.

Tom works for A1 Services, which is a large contracting company providing support services to multiple mining and construction sites. Tom has been to clients’ sites many times, but has been recently asked to sign up to TikForce as part of a client’s new induction and onboarding process.
